Afnan Khalidi
A holistic health advocate and an eternal student. I hold a post graduate diploma in homoeopathy and a diploma in Nutritional Therapy, Functional Sport’s Nutrition & Functional Neuro- Rehab. Member of and accredited by The Homoeopathic Medical Association (HMA), The British Association For Nutrition And Lifestyle Medicine (BANT) and The Institute for Functional Medicine ( IFM)
A bookworm and a bad cook. I dive deep in physics and astronomy but the colours & shapes of the clouds still dazzle me the most. I enjoy logical philosophical debates, and the miracle of the human body and the way it functions fascinates me.
Through my journey, I noticed a big gap between the language of science and the language of layman, not to mention the scarcity of trusted Arabic language resources, so I founded Saafire, hoping to bridge the gap and convey the message of the health algorithm.
I will be with you in Saafire’s educational and cultural events as well as behind the scene in the “health algorithms” blogs on our social media accounts.
Arwa Almoghrabi
My relationship with sports and health began over a decade ago through my personal journey to find solutions to various health issues, including weight. I joined a local club during my university studies and earned my first training license, followed by dozens more! I was fascinated by the energy of group training and the bonds that arise through sharing time and experiences. During my journey, I discovered that my love for teaching was as great as my love for sports, and that I have a knack for conveying information in a smooth and enjoyable way. From there, I began training anatomy and movement for yoga trainees in the Kingdom under the umbrella of Nouf Academy from 2019 until now. Personally, I love dealing with cases of chronic pain and movement difficulties, and I work on developing and continuously educating myself in this field using functional movement assessment tools and the Luscher Emotional Classification Diagnosis method, as I am licensed and certified by them and subject to continuous evaluation. I love using stick exercises, LTRX exercises, and neuromuscular binding exercises in particular in my training. If you miss me, you will definitely find me in one of the classrooms because I never get enough of learning.
